How long does it take to receive my audiobook?


Most projects are completed within 72 hours (on business days) after we receive your manuscript and order details.

Larger or more complex projects may require additional time, and we’ll always let you know in advance if that’s the case.

Can I hear the voice before I purchase?


Yes. You can request a free one-page voice sample using your own text, or listen to the available voice samples on the website before placing an order.

What voices are available?

Currently, we offer one American male and one American female voice. Both are clear, natural, and optimized for long-form listening. More voice options may be added in the future.

What format will my audiobook be delivered in?

You’ll receive Amazon-ready audio files, professionally edited and formatted to meet standard audiobook platform requirements. Files are delivered digitally in a downloadable zip format.

Will my audiobook meet Amazon’s technical requirements?

Yes. All audio files are edited and structured to meet Amazon/Audible technical guidelines, including chapter formatting and file length requirements.
If a chapter exceeds platform limits, we automatically split it into clearly labeled parts (e.g. Chapter 3 – Part 1, Part 2). All parts are clearly marked in the Table of Contents, ensuring full platform compliance and a seamless listener experience.

Can I request changes or revisions?

Yes. Each order includes at least one revision.
If something doesn’t feel right, we’ll work with you to make sure the final audiobook meets your expectations.

Do you offer refunds?

Because audiobook production is a custom digital service, refunds are not offered once production has begun.

That said, we provide voice samples and include revisions to ensure you’re confident and satisfied before final delivery.

Our goal is always to find a solution that works for you.

Is my manuscript safe?

Absolutely. Your manuscript is used only for audiobook production and remains fully yours at all times. We do not share, reuse, or distribute your content, and it is securely deleted after the project is completed.

Can I upload more than one manuscript?

Each order supports one manuscript only.

If you have multiple books or projects, please place separate orders or contact us for a custom offer.

What if my book is over 200 pages or has special requirements?

For larger projects or custom needs, please use the “Request Quote” option. We’ll review your request and get back to you with a tailored solution.
